Going Beyond in our Sales and Merchandising Efforts to Achieve MORE!

We are proud to announce that Vector Logistics Division, A business unit of RCL FOODS has received two prestigious awards at the Professional Management Review (PMR) Award prize giving, held in June 2019. The 2 awards received was a Diamond award (Measured as Outstanding) and the Silver Award (Measured as Very Good).

PMR.africa conducted its annual, national survey on 200 stores  in South Africa and the awards were in the category, Excellence in Sales and Merchandising in South Africa.

These awards are the culmination of a research process whereby companies and institutions are rated based on respondents’ perceptions with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and customer satisfaction.

The awards represent competitiveness, effectiveness, excellence, leadership, resilience and indicate customer service and customer satisfaction.
