I help people to do their jobs better, like a coach who assists a rugby or soccer team to win a match.

What excites you about this role?

The transfer of knowledge and skills to employees which contributes to career development.

It is an organisation which achieves its targets with highly motivated and innovative team of employees.

How do you keep yourself/your team motivated?

I motivate myself by celebrating when I achieve my goals.

I motivate others by highlighting to them the benefits of learning and development.

If you were the CEO for a day, what would you change or introduce?

Introduce “let’s take a breather and talk Fridays” every team to spare 1 hour have general or interesting topics or learn from each other.

What is your most memorable facepalm (embarrassing) moment?

Realised I had an unpaid chocolate in my pocket at the store exit, had to sneak it back to the shelves without anyone noticing.

When was the last time you laughed so hard?

When I watched the movie Step Brothers.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Eating a chocolate slab at once.

What is one thing people do not know about you?

I love bee keeping even thou I’ve never done it.

Donald Trump – just to hear him say ridiculous things.
