Vector Logistics has been officially certified as a Top Employer for 2026, reaffirming its commitment to creating a workplace where people can thrive in an environment that encourages collaboration and purpose.
The Top Employers Institute certifies organisations that demonstrate excellence in people practices. This recognition for Vector Logistics followed a rigorous assessment of its culture, employee development, leadership approach, wellbeing initiatives, and commitment to equity and inclusion.
Vector Logistics Chief Executive Officer, Keith Pienaar, said this certification is not just an award but more of a reflection of how the organisation (and teams) evolved over the past 18months.
“Key to our success is the way our teams show up for each shift and each other. The passion and commitment that is evident across our organisation is what keep South Africa’s supply chain moving. Being recognised as a Top Employer is a celebration of our teams,” Pienaar added.
Over the past year, Vector Logistics has accelerated its investment in employee experience, including learning pathways, safety and wellbeing support, leadership development, and a renewed organisational culture grounded in “People. Purpose. Performance.”
“We are honoured by this recognition,” adds CHRO, Annelie Govender. “This recognition highlights our belief that when we nurture people, support growth, and create a workplace where everyone feels appreciated and part of a collective, excellence naturally follows.”
Vector Logistics remains committed to building a future-fit organisation that is rooted in care, integrity, and opportunity for all employees across our national footprint.
